Employer community of practice
The Employer Community of Practice bring together industry leaders to connect leaders in the fields of HR, people and culture, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, social sustainability to:
- share and develop best practice in successfully hiring and integrating employees from a refugee background into workplaces; and
- raise awareness within the business community of the benefits of including workers from a refugee background in the Australian workforce.
